What is a good way to get experience in hiring part time?

I have an internship this summer by recruiting and interviews, but what would be a good deal of time to gain experience working in recruitment?

Everything that is public service – Work food, department stores, etc. Working with people is the best experience. In a food, you have to learn to cooperate with colleagues, is what behaviors and actions are best to please their customers and see what is needed first-hand to motivate people in a job that people often hate. The People in jobs are often the 50/50 food when it comes to ability and work ethic – you have people working out of his ass and do not care. However, because it is a food service, many customers often verbally food workers about the abuse of a minor error. That teaches patience and how to deal with people who overreact (an example is the woman who called 911 about chicken McNuggets.) You have leaders who have to find ways to motivate someone in a job that is very draining mentally and physically as a result. You get to see first-hand tactics to see what works and what does not. When working in a department store, learn to treat people well to get their return and how to persuade them to purchase the item they are "on the fence" more. For example, if you're working in a clothing store, you will learn how to convince someone to buy merchandise. So, how do I mention the two work in the draw to hire? You will learn to deal with people. Recruitment means knowing your stuff to answer any and all questions (as you would a department store, you must be knowledgeable about the products they sell), how to convince someone to join (department stores), how to soothe and treat with people who might be a bit rude (Work of food) and how to perform various tasks in their efforts (food service – you have to make and receive orders, the same time.) When you are interviewed, after experiencing service jobs to learn the personality types that indicate that the person has a good work ethic. Also learn the body language of a person with good work ethic too. With the economy in a recession, I do not think a lot of opportunity is present in work to focus solely on the recruitment or interview, so you have to choose a public service job that best links to what you need hiring an intern.
